I've been unable to use the car wash for weeks. I'm told that my account is locked. There is zero support within the app aside from the option to reset your password. However after resetting it numerous times over the last few weeks it still keeps me locked out. I've had to back up and leave the car wash after trying for 10+ minutes on 3 different occasions. Finally after googling and hunting around I was able to find an email address. It was great when it did work however after all of this I..

app updated on July 14th 2026 and now it won't connect. wait in line for 10 minutes just to ask everyone behind me to please backup so I can leave with my dirty truck. cancelled service. I don't recommend.

the app almost never works. it should just generate a code to use as we pull up.

Major improvements to performance and stability of the app. Fixed bugs including issues with password recovery/reset, message support functionality, and managing account.
